Welcome to UploadMyWalk (uploadmywalk.com). By registering an account or using our application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the service immediately.
• Free Tier: Includes every feature (3D maps and flyovers, elevation, heart rate, historical weather, photos and backups) up to a maximum limit of 5 stored walks.
• Pro Subscription: Removes the walk limit, for personal, non-commercial use. Detailed plans can be reviewed on our Pricing Page.
Purchases made in the iPhone app are processed and billed by Apple under the App Store's terms. For purchases made on uploadmywalk.com, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for those orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns, VAT, and sales tax compliance on our behalf.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically on either a monthly or annual basis until cancelled. Subscriptions bought in the iPhone app are managed and cancelled in your Apple ID settings (iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions), at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Subscriptions bought on uploadmywalk.com can be cancelled at any time via the billing portal in Settings or directly through your Paddle receipt. Cancelling stops future renewals; you will retain Pro access until the end of your paid billing cycle.
If you are not satisfied with UploadMyWalk Pro, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase. To request a refund, contact us at contact@uploadmywalk.com or use Paddle’s buyer support portal at paddle.net with your order details. Purchases made in the iPhone app are refunded by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
You retain 100% intellectual property and ownership over your uploaded GPX files, coordinates, trail photos, and written notes. You are responsible for ensuring that routes you record do not breach private property, trespassing laws, or local regulations.
UploadMyWalk is a personal journaling and visualization utility. GPS tracks, terrain models, and weather data are provided for informational purposes only. Do not rely on UploadMyWalk as a primary navigational or mountain safety device.
